About Us
“A Better Lebanon” is a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating lasting transformation in the lives of individuals and communities across Lebanon. We believe that every person deserves access to food, education, and healthcare, the essential foundations for a dignified and hopeful life.
Our work focuses on breaking the cycle of poverty through comprehensive initiatives that address both urgent needs and long-term empowerment. From operating medical clinics and distributing hot meals to providing informal and formal education programs, we respond to the immediate challenges facing vulnerable communities. At the same time, we invest in sustainable solutions such as women’s empowerment and skills training, enabling individuals to build livelihoods, achieve self-reliance, and contribute positively to society.
